Team Gymnastics
The Team Gymnastics class is designed for the advanced gymnast who has the skills necessary to compete in USAG competitions. To become a part of the Bama Bounders Team, the student must be invited by the Bama Bounders Competitive coaching staff. The student must be evaluated and demonstrate the ability to perform the skills required by USAG (USA Gymnastics) for specified “Levels”.
At the Bama Bounders the first competition “Level” that we start competition is “Level 3” and can advance as high as “Level 10”.
