Girls Pre-Team

Pre-Team

This class is by invitation and evaluation only. The ration for this class is 5:1. The focus of this class is to prepare for competition. Refining skills for competition and assuring that the child has the appropriate skills for the Level 3 routine is essential. Conditioning, strengthening, and flexibility are important at this level for progression with further skills and levels in competition. This class meets at Coleman Coliseum 2 days per week for 2 hours.
