Girls Level 7-10

This class is by invitation and evaluation only. The ratio of gymnast per coach varies. The children in these classes should be competition ready with all skills required for the level they are to compete. The focus of this class should be to refine skills and dance movement for the current level of competition and progressing to skills for the next level. Much conditioning, strengthening, and flexibility is stressed at this level for progression to more advanced skills. It takes a lot of time and dedication by the child and their family if they are on TEAM. These classes meet according to their level of gymnastics and are held at Coleman Coliseum.
