Girls Advanced 6+

Advanced 6 Year Olds and Up

This class is by invitation and evaluation only. The ratio for this class is 6:1. This class is for the advanced gymnast who is 6 years old or older working toward progressing her skills to advance to competition. More attention is given to technique, flexibility, strength, and form. The children in this group must be evaluated by the Head Coach or Team Staff before enrolling in this class. This class encompasses all Olympic events (Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor) as well as advanced conditioning stations. This class is for advanced skill levels meeting 2 days per week for 90 minutes.
