Boys Team
Boys Team and Pre-Team
This class is by evaluation and invitation only. The ratio of gymnast per coach varies. The focus of this class is to prepare for competition while refining skills required for the level they are to compete if they are ready for team and progressing to skills for the next level. Conditioning and strengthening, as well as flexibility is stressed at this level. Boys team meets 2 days per week for 2 hours at the recreational gym.
